April 30th 2008 A&S’s own Megan McLeer (under “direction” from her cruel boss) will be held for ransom by the local Muscular Dystrophy Association as part of their Roseville Lock-Up.
The way this works is that around noon on the fateful day Megan is going to get hauled away by the local constabulary and held at… Read more...

Monday, March 17th, 2008If there’s one thing that I know after working here selling stuff to BMW riders for the last few years is that they all have opinions about the gear they buy. I figured that it was time to build into the site the ability for folks to tell the world about what they think about the products that well sell on our website.
So now all of our customers have the… Read more...
Oh horrible, horrible IE6…
Tuesday, October 30th, 2007I discovered that the WordPress theme I had developed for this here blog had a serious layout issue in IE6… My initial inclination was to ignore it because there’s no reason a person should be using IE in the first place, and even less of a reason to keep using one as horrible as version 6. However, a quick check of… Read more...

I mounted it on ol’ Tron (my R65LS) using the… Read more...

Our Fall 2007 Open House was a huge success! We had a ton of people show up to check out the new BMW’s as well as show off what they were riding. Friday, October 19th, 2007Our October 2007 Garagenpartei was our biggest yet!. That’s totally understandable when you consider that we managed to get Tim Mayhew of the world famous Pashnit Motorcycle tours and California Motorcycle Roads website.

BUB Bonneville Speed Trials : Pix… Finally!
Monday, October 8th, 2007OK, I’ve finally gotten around to getting the few pictures I took at the Bub Speedtrails event at the Bonneville Salt Flats. There’s not nearly as many pictures as I intended to take. Either of the trip out, or of the event. On the trip out, I just didn’t feel like stopping to take pictures, and at the event, to be honest, there was just not that much all that… Read more...
World’s Fastest French Fry
Thursday, September 20th, 2007I’m obviously back from Bonneville, and just as obviously I have yet to get my pictures off my camera or to write about my experience. I’ve been on the road pretty much the whole month, most recently returning from Las Vegas where the Shop.Org Annual Summit was taking place (all the better to learn me something new to make our website more better).
While I was gone, this cool… Read more...
