Product Reviews!
If there’s one thing that I know after working here selling stuff to BMW riders for the last few years is that they all have opinions about the gear they buy. I figured that it was time to build into the site the ability for folks to tell the world about what they think about the products that we sell on our website.
So now all of our customers have the ability to rate and write their views on any of the products on our site.
Here’s a few of the specfics:
- All reviews will go through a moderation process. That is not Big Brother only letting good reviews through. This is simply a process where we make sure that no one is using naughty words or saying things that could get us sued off the face of the Earth!
- We want good and bad reviews. We want you to help your fellow riders know what they need to be buying, and we want to know what products that we sell need to be improved. We will do our best to get your criticisms to the folks that make the gear and give them a chance to improve their products. If they don’t then we won’t be selling it any more.
I look forward to seeing your thoughts and reviews on all the products we sell!
